So, it seems like the program R, more to the point the package FactoMineR that works with it, is a good program for doing multiple correspondence analysis. It's apparently open-source, and has packages for other distros available. But I don't seem to see it for gentoo.
I'm looking for a program to run multiple correspondence analysis on some (rather small) data sets, and was wondering if any of you fine people have a suggestion for how I might best go about this. Is this program available for gentoo? Is there some other program that does the same job?
Cheers,
