No other GTK app that I use exhibits this behavior, only gKrellm:

when first launched, if I click 'n' drag the frame, gKrellm 'only reluctantly'
follows the mouse pointer. Once drag is released, the app behaves just
as any other app.

This is under

Obviously, this is not a show-stopper, but ... any clues, anybody ?
