Code:
# emerge -uDN --keep-going=y @world                                                                                      [16:02:35]
Calculating dependencies... done!

emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy ">=dev-libs/icu-3.6:0/53=[abi_x86_64(-)]".
(dependency required by "dev-libs/boost-1.55.0-r2" [installed])
(dependency required by "media-sound/ncmpcpp-0.6.2" [installed])
(dependency required by "@selected" [set])
(dependency required by "@world" [argument])

The problem is, that this ebuild isn't exists.

Code:
# eix -e icu                                                                                                             [16:23:11]
[I] dev-libs/icu
     Available versions:  54.1-r1(0/54a) {debug doc examples static-libs ABI_MIPS="n32 n64 o32" ABI_PPC="32 64" ABI_S390="32 64" ABI_X86="32 64 x32"}
     Installed versions:  54.1-r1(10:26:02 PM 02/17/2015)(examples -debug -doc -static-libs ABI_MIPS="-n32 -n64 -o32" ABI_PPC="-32 -64" ABI_S390="-32 -64" ABI_X86="64 -32 -x32")

The boost ebuild has the following line:
Code:
icu? ( >=dev-libs/icu-3.6:=[${MULTILIB_USEDEP}] )

How to solve this problem?

Yes, i used emerge --sync.
