kde sound device disappears

my kde sound device disappears with:
The audio playback device HDA Intel PCH, ALC892 Analog (Default Audio Device) does not work.
Falling back to HDA Intel PCH, HDMI 0 (HDMI Audio Output).

when i change .asoundrc the device comes up and kde got sound but i have to do this every time after reboot...

what can i do make it work after reboot or initialize automaticly?
