I have winxp installed in qemu (kvm). I can connect through spice client, work there, but

1. Sometimes, when I reboot the vm from inside, or make the window fullscreen (Shift+F11 in spicec), X falls. With no errors in kern.log or Xorg.1.log. AFAIK spicec doesn’t have any option to turn on verbosity or debug.
2. Windows doesn’t recognize viostor driver. I did everything as described in the official manual http://www.linux-kvm.org/page/Boot_from_virtio_block_device#Windows_XP but if=virtio doesn’t work. Windows installs the driver, and I could see the device being recognized as red hat scsi controller, the driver date is 2014, but it says that ‘the device cannot be enabled due to code 39’.
3. Common copypaste buffer doesn’t seem to be working, either.
4. I remember, that under virtualbox xp could dynamically change desktop resolution to the window size. Is qxl driver able to do that, too, or I need another -vga type or something?

Try to install windows from another ISO. You know, ckrak image is crack image. :) It helps me!
I'm starting Windows 7 on QEMU by the script. It works.
/store/windows7.img can be a LVM partition to.
Code:
#!/bin/sh
exec qemu-system-x86_64 \
        -enable-kvm \
        -cpu host -smp 4 \
        -boot d \
        -drive file="/store/NetKVM.iso",media=cdrom \
        -drive file="/store/windows7.img",if=virtio \
        -net tap,ifname=tap0,script=no,downscript=no -net nic,model=virtio \
        -m 4G \
        -monitor stdio \
        -name "Windows 7" \
        -k en-us \
        -vnc :0,password \
        "$@"
