Apparently it is possible to have systemd with the openrc flag installed. At that point sysvinit and openrc are still kept on the system.
Scripts like revdep-rebuild and the pyton-updater actually work.
Any reason why it is not a good idea to have the flag set? _________________ cya |

The flag doesn't do anything but pull in sys-fs/udev-init-scripts so that the 'udevd' that comes with systemd can be used on OpenRC. As in, you get the same result by emerging sys-fs/udev-init-scripts by hand and leaving the flag disabled. |
