pixeltool-4.8.5 fails to emerge. Can't find qglobal.h

In trying to do my emerge world -u I encountered a problem with pixeltool-4.8.5 failing to emerge. This is the second day that I've had this error.

Any ideas on what's wrong?

It does seem that qglobal.h is in fact, on my system:
