I have a lot more gnome related errors 
I think I will unmerge gimp and other gnome stuff.
I don't use gnome

Just out of curiosity, do you have dev-libs/gobject-introspection installed? If yes, which version?

Because lasuit does not reply anymore..
I have gobject-introspection-1.36.0 installed
I didn't remove gimp btw and there is some gnome stuff that is necessary for some packages.
But I managed to update my systems finally.

Yeah, I was having the same problem with this version, because it was conflicting with glib. Perhaps check if you have this same conflict there. In any case, several conflicts regarding gnome are being discussed in some other topics that you might want to check: https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-965548.html.
Basically, Gnome is embracing systemd in a not very democratic manner. People who stick to OpenRC may have problems when using Gnome. Gentoo is OpenRC by default (though I'm pretty sure you can switch to sytemd).
