gnome-base/gnome-control-center-2.32.1-r1 failed (compile ph

Hi Mates,

I upgraded to cinnamon and want to go back to gnome 2.32.
however, gnome-control-center doesn't want to compile again.

I guess the relevant err msg is:

control-center.o: In function `main':
control-center.c.text.startup+0x164): undefined reference to `get_slab_gconf_slist'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [gnome-control-center] Error 1

but searching on the web and in the forums doesnt help. Hope u have an idea whats going wrong.
