Hi All,

I emerged libreoffice-4.1.0.1 on my system and if I click on either menu in the menubar which placed at top of the window then Libreoffice crashes.

I tried to start it from terminal but there is no any error message which can help me to figure out what could be the problem.

Can anybody tell me that how is possible to solve this issue? Shall this issue be reported on bugs.gentoo.org?

I use Unity from unity-gentoo overlay.

I appreciate your help!

Code:
sayusi-desktop sayusi # eix -s libreoffice

Yes, report a bug.

It would be helpful if you attach a gdb stack trace to the bug. For that, add to make.conf CFLAGS=-g and FEATURES=splitdebug before building libreoffice.

Then do the following:
Code:
$ gdb /usr/lib64/libreoffice/program/soffice.bin
(gdb) run
...try to reproduce the crash...
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
(gdb) bt
