Hello everyone. I have an interesting situation with an f2fs volume I made on a flashdrive, under lvm. gparted and gnome-disk-utility do not recognize the filesystem. They have no idea what it is. However, if i mount -t f2fs /dev/sdc6 /mnt, it works just fine. I can read and write to it without any problems. blkid doesn't bring up any info on it though. I bring this up, because I have need of the volume's UUID. I can't get any information out of it. I finaly gave up and used btrfs for what I am doing. I did make sure that f2fs is built and loaded.
If anyone has an idea, let me know! Oh, and also, gparted can create an f2fs volume. Weird, right? |
