When i try to compile =net-dns/libidn-1.28 with Oracle java the result is:

* javac is not available for oracle-jre-bin-1.7 on x86_64
* IMPORTANT: some Java tools are not available on some VMs on some architectures

With icedtea everything compiles fine.
Is that expected behavior or i should be worried (i got misconfigured Oracle java )?
