I noticed that https://www.sks-keyservers.net/ mentions that the service is Quote: | [...] no longer maintained, and new HKPS certificates will not be issued. Service reliability should not be expected. | as of (at least) the 21st of June 2021.
In fact the command Code: | gpg --keyserver hkps://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net --recv-keys <key fingerprint> | with the fingerprint provided at https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Handbook:AMD64/Installation/Media and https://www.gentoo.org/downloads/signatures/ ( in particular 0xBB572E0E2D182910 and 13EBBDBEDE7A12775DFDB1BABB572E0E2D182910 ) are not successfully fetching the keys, returning the error Quote: | gpg: keyserver receive failed: No name | .
Will Gentoo provide any other keyserver, updating the handbooks and manual pages?
Thanks |

I think the idea would be to migrate to keys.openpgp.org but not exactly the same does have the *cough* "issue" of UID lookup being a opt-in.
Not that I've been following the situation. |
