i solved (with help):

gcc-config -l:

Code:
* gcc-config: Active gcc profile is invalid!

[1] i686-pc-linux-gnu-4.7.3

then:
Code:
gcc-config 1

And:

gcc-config -l

Code:
[1] i686-pc-linux-gnu-4.7.3 *

But now i have this...

Code:

Try `perl-cleaner --all`, if that doesn't help then please file a bug at https://bugs.gentoo.org about this missing dependency and do `emerge dev-perl/Locale-gettext`.

Do the emerge dev-perl/Locale-gettext before perl-cleaner, and if that fails, do as Tom suggests.
