I am trying to emerge dev-libs/boost-1.52.0-r6 but I get an error.

I see it can't find libbz2. The problem might be a libbz2 corruption (unlikely, bz2 works when extacting boost) or misconfigured ld.
Try this: echo "main(){}" | gcc -x c - -lbz2 -o /dev/null

No, the error actually seems to be ("seems" cause bjam output is quite annoying to check):

...OK, correction, there is an error about libbz2 too, but one complaining about incorrect ABI of it ("skipping incompatible").
That's a bit odd.

Ok after emerging again app-arch/bzip2 i dont get anything from "echo "main(){}" | gcc -x c - -lbz2 -o /dev/null" but i still cant install boost. Here is the new build log http://bpaste.net/show/109902/

Well, the "skipping" messages still look odd.
...
Perhaps you should try with '-j1' ?

If that helps, it's upstream/ebuild bug.
