I had used portage-multilib fork for long, but recently it becomes useless because of numerous conflicts with original gentoo tree that implemented same features (ABI_X86). So I've tries to switch back to original portage and stumbled upon bunch of problems. Then I decided to build all packages from scratch, downloaded stage3, transfer current packages configuration and build entire world: emerge -veDNb.

Now I have about 2000 binary packages (as /usr/portage/packages/Packages says) and want to replace completely my system with build one. How can I do it?
