I saw the survey results posted somewhere last week, wasn't aware of any follow-ups, thanks for posting.
On a slightly related note I have Wheezy w/ systemd running very nicely on my little home server box :)

Yes it runs well, but I miss oversight if systemd is running in sysv-compatibility mode.

If found the same discussions about systemd at the Debian-devel mailinglist as here at Gentoo. The survey answer 1 to the most critical objection (bloat,complexity) is very well expressed I think.
