my pptp-vpn problems?

hi,everyone,when i use networkmanager-pptp as root, it works fine.but use it as users,it failed
when i debug,it otuput as follow:
/usr/libexec/nm-pptp-service --debug

Code:

sound like secure problem.
how do i fix this?

i didn't know how i solved this problem,may be i add user to some group,uucp maybe.may be it fixed itself,anyway,it was solved.
