I have been trying to get it to work for a while now. I can input locations and everything seems to work on that front. However, it never fetches weather data.

I'm not sure if this helps, but here is my rc file:

Code:
loc_name=Danville, Vermilion County
lat=40.135488
lon=-87.629119
msl=0
timezone=
cache_file_max_age=172800
power_saving=false
units_temperature=1
units_pressure=2
units_windspeed=1
units_precipitations=1
units_altitude=1
model_apparent_temperature=0
round=false
tooltip_style=0
forecast_layout=1
forecast_days=3
scrollbox_animate=true
theme_dir=/usr/share/xfce4/weather/icons/simplistic
show_scrollbox=false
scrollbox_lines=1
scrollbox_color=#000000000000
scrollbox_use_color=false
label0=3

I finally managed to get it working. I had to recreate it quite a few times before it would get a connection. Once it gets one connection, then it seems to work fine after that.
