It has been like this since the release of the 14.1 version.

I have tried deleting everything regarding xorg-server in the /usr/portage folder and resynced.
I have also remarked out "SYNC=" option in make.conf.

I can't find any solution in online forums aether.
So I'm asking for help here.

Well, the expected checksum looks correct, so unless upstream regenerated the tarball (which this particular team IIRC rarely ever does), you keep fetching corrupted tarball.
Whether it's corrupted on the mirror, you have a network problem or it's a problem with the way you fetch is hard to tell.

So it downloaded twice and got a different checksum each time. This can be a problem with your network, CPU, memory ...
