dam thing will not emerge someone help please
I am using gcc version 3.3.1 20030916 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.1-r4, propolice)
it happened when ghostscript was emergeing

Fixed it at last I new it would be simple in the end

I had to update my /etc/ld.so.conf to have the correct libaries found first
