Hi,

I'm having a problem with my laptop's UEFI. When I set up the gentoo boot option, all the others disappear. Including boot from USB/network/etc. The only way to restore them seems to reset all settings to factory default. Of course that removes my gentoo boot option so that I will have to restore it afterwards, using boot from USB, which removes all the others. So booting from USB is always a hassle.
What ways are there to add a USB boot option permanently, alongside others? I couldn't really find anything on google, it seems most people don't really have this issue.
The laptop is a lenovo thinkpad edge e330.

Cheers,
Malle

Please explain the steps you do to set up the UEFI booting, maybe someone familiar with that stuff can spot a mistake or something.
