I am having trouble getting background transparency in my new system with urxvt. I noticed there is no longer a truetype USE flag, and the Gentoo Wiki states that I need to compile it with it for background transparency. Ugh...why did they take it away and how can I get it back? |

Well I know that you can pass extra configure flags to portage using EXTRA_ECONF. You could always emerge it with something like this:
Code: | EXTRA_ECONF="--enable-transparency" emerge urxvt-unicode |
