KDE: pulseaudio isn't started properly

Each time I start my machine and login in KDE pulseaudio has to be killed and restarted since phonon audio control doesn't list only pulseaudio rather than the single devices.
I was also wondering if there's any possibility to control pulseaudio devices/volumes etc. via KDE audio control.
At the moment only "media-sound/pavucontrol" support correct settings of default device etc. or "pacmd".
