Hello! Is it possible to switch graphics card with tools such as vga_switcheroo on a Desktop computer? I have Intel HD4000 and ati radeon HD7870 OC installed and I only need the ati card when I dual boot in windows to play games(please don't judge me, I only boot windows once in a while to play some games that don't work on linux. i know it is a sin). What are my options? I am triing to install drivers for both cards by adding VIDEO_CARDS="fglrx intel" and re-emerging the ati-drivers package with qt4 option to get to the control center. If this does not work, is it possible to do this in BIOS? Should I also disconnect the power cables to the graphics card each time? Does anyone have any experience with this? Any help or advice is appreciated. :o
