Epiphany 2.30.6 and epiphany-extensions.

I've recently emerged epiphany-extensions while looking for ad blocker for epiphany. Yet, I don't know how to enable them.
The epiphany-extensions help page tells me that I can enable extensions through Extensions Manager, which I can acces by Tools menu. On screenshots in the help it's located between "Bookmarks" and "Tabs" menu items. In my epiphany there is no such thing like "Tools" menu, and thus, I cannot acces the extension manager.

Is it possible to enable those extensions with Epiphany 2.30.6 in any way?
