when i emerge with MAKEOPTS="-j8" all the cpus are used. but when i emerge mono it seems like only one cpu is running. why? _________________ Flux & Contemplation - Portrait of an Artist in Isolation

there are some pkgs in which parallel building is disabled because it causes the pkg to fail compilation.
