I use terminus font in my terminal with stable channel (KDE).
Code: | $ chmod adsfsdf
chmod: missing operand after ‘adsfsdf’
|
And I found that does not render correctly. Then I copy this character to kwrite, I found that this character still doesn't show correct using font terminus.
Use the fontforge to open terminus, we can see it contains this character. And it is rendered correctly under GTK.
Also I have a old computer which runs qt 4.8.0.(archlinux) I type that command and it seems that it renders correct. Unfortunately, when I try to upgrade qt to 4.8.3 in order to see whether it is qt cause this problem, I broken libpng and then filesystem... Now I cannot log into that computer.
So do that command renders correctly on your computer? Can anyone analysis which package cause this problem(qt? freetype? fontconfig?....) ? |
