Those three lines are not enough.

First of all, why do you have/want dev-libs/libiconv ?
Second, sys-apps/module-init-tools and sys-apps/kmod[tools] are mutually exclusive, but you only need one of those.

Probably the wrong question. Try answering VoidMage's. If you don't know how, tell us and we'll help.

Okay, no problem. To determine what other packages depend on libiconv, use equery. Post the output of
Code:
equery depends libiconv
please. If you don't have equery, then emerge gentoolkit (of which it is a part) first.

Given the nature of virtual/libiconv, this doesn't tell much.
Post 'emerge --info'.
Also paste/pastebin full output of the command that has given you that sys-libs/glibc block.

Again, 'emerge --info'.

There's something fishy about that output: it hints your profile is uclibc one, but something is still pulling glibc.

OK, let's change the question: why do you have sys-libs/glibc installed on uclibc profile ?

Add '-t' to the emerge command and pastebin the new output, but AFAICT glibc is already installed, not being pulled as a new package here.
