Hi all,

I get the error "Timeout on server <servername.domain.tld>" when I try to access a samba share via a VPN in Dolphin. However, I can access it in all other ways just fine.

The following both work:

smbclient -U myusername -L servername.domain.tld
smbclient -U myusername \\\\servername.domain.tld\\sharename

Also, in dolphin I can access the server by IP "smb://10.1.32.28" or "smb://10.1.32.28/sharename", or if I am connecting on-site without the vpn, I can access it by using just "smb://servername" (I don't need to supply the full name).

This seems a very strange problem, and I don't really have any idea what's causing it. I can post my smb.conf, but since I can connect using smbclient I don't think this is a problem.
