And a few last lines of the build log:
http://pastebin.com/th5dgTQ0

I tried to compile thunderbird with "alsa"-Flag, but this lead to another error ("nsOggCodecState.cpp:115: undefined reference to `ogg_stream_init"), and i really want to get it solved without alsa.

I will be thankfull for any advise even If I can just learn sth. more about gentoo.

This is probably www-client/firefox-17.0-r1 - ld: libxul.so: hidden symbol `ogg_page_bos' isn't defined for USE=alsa and probably mail-client/thunderbird-15.0, www-client/seamonkey-2.13.1,www-client/firefox-16.0.1 - ../../../dist/include/nsHTMLMediaElement.h:11:28: fatal error: nsMediaDecoder.h: No such file or directory for USE=-alsa. The latter references a different file, but I suspect that is just a function of parallel build, where multiple files are improperly not generated and you hit a different one than the bug reporter. Firefox and Thunderbird share enough code that it is likely that bug #444994 applies to you even though it says Firefox.

Thank you for your answer.

As also mentioned in the bug report(s) the workaround compiling thunderbird with +webm use-flag works.

Just to complete this thread, for thunderbird-17.0-r2 this bug was fixed, i recently compiled it without -alsa and -webm - use flag successfully.

You did not compile it -alsa -webm, alsa and webm are enabled no matter what now in fx/tb-17 along with seamonkey-2.14.
