hi all my sabayon linux cant recognize my network hardware how to fix this problem? if can i use "modprobe" for this what is the best module? thanks

Google says sky2, e.g. http://openbenchmarking.org/linux/PCI/0200/11ab:4381. You may try booting some LiveCD (like SystemRescueCD from http://www.sysresccd.org/) and check log files.
