Sometimes external USB mouse doesn't respond [Solved]

I just recently solved this problem, but I wanted to inform others if they come across this problem.
I have Gentoo on my laptop and around a month ago when I connected an external USB mouse to the computer the mouse would work for a while, and then just stopped working, and then started working again.

The solution to this problem turns out to be the Device Drivers --->USB support ---> USB runtime power management (autosuspend) and wakeup, and was suspending the USB every few seconds.
