xbmc + intel vaapi + fhd = freeze

hello, I'm using xbmc 11.0 with intel i7-2600 igp with kernel 3.6.6.

when I try to view fhd video on xbmc the program freezes.
here is what I have installed:
x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel-2.20.13
media-video/libav-0.8.4
media-tv/xbmc-11.0
x11-libs/libva-1.1.0
x11-libs/libva-intel-driver-1.0.19
x11-libs/libdrm-9999
media-libs/mesa-9999

did anyone encountered this issue and solved it?

ok, I've tried with vlc+vaapi and it seems to be working well so this seems to be xbmc issue.

did anyone solved this?
