Hi all.

I wanted to know which [local] FTP users have never logged on to my vsftpd server so I turned to lastlog. Only to see none of the user accounts have a login date (i.e. all report «** Never logged in **»).

Here's vsftpd PAM config file:
Code:
auth    required        pam_listfile.so item=user sense=deny file=/etc/ftpusers onerr=succeed

# Note: vsftpd handles anonymous logins on its own. Do not enable pam_ftp.so.

# Standard pam includes
@include common-account
@include common-session
@include common-auth
auth    required        pam_shells.so

# Automatically create home directories for (authorized) network users
session required        pam_mkhomedir.so silent skel=/usr/local/skel/null umask=0002

# Log last login times
session required        pam_lastlog.so noterm

Is there a way to make pam_lastlog work with vsftpd anyway?
