Windowmaker question

Hello. I'm using WindowMaker as my desktop which I have to say is fantastic! Just one question though. I've set-up a launcher for firefox in right hand dock area. When I launch firefox how do I stop the icon on the launcher from always changing? My other app launchers/icons are fine its just firefox that keeps changing its icon to something that is bigger and squashed? Many thanks in advance.
