I just found that bugzilla gives even numbers to all newly created bugs, odd numbers just doesn't exist.
That's quite a fun. Is this a bug or a feature? Or maybe there is some hidden wisdom behind :)

Hmm,

looking closely at this, most bugs are interleaved by one:
bugs 420301, 420303, 420305, 420307, 420309, 420311, 420313, 420315, 420317, 420319 exist, but bugs 420300, 420302, 420304, 420306, 420308, 420310, 420312, 420314, 420316, 420318 — doesn't.

Apparently odd and event existence is switched somewhere (perhaps multiple times).
But the question stands: why approximately half of bugzilla bugs doesn't exist?
