Hi!
I want to load some modules only on an specific runlevel.
So i've configured /etc/conf.d/modules ...
Quote: | modules="thinkpad_acpi snd_hda_intel" |
...and /etc/init.d/modules is only on runlevel "default"
Why the modules are loaded on runlevel "terminal" (custom) too? _________________ Alex / seVes |

seVes,
There are at least three module loading mechanisms.
The kernel can load modules
udev can load modules
you can list them in /etc/conf.d/modules
I suspect its udev or the kernel doing the loading and they are loaded before /etc/conf.d/modules is consulted _________________ Regards,
