A list of environments with pics, pros and cons?

Anyone know where i can find such?

i was thinking about taking KDE, but the only ones i've ever tried are KDE and Gnome, i hated gnome, and kde was good but... i don't think i was satisfied. i wanna make a more careful pick this time.

also, is there any one that you think i should not use on gentoo for some reason?

Google for Gentoo screenshot contest - look at the entries there.

I use Gnome and twm but I can remember a time before Linux when twm was all there was and we were glad to see it.
twm is light enough to use over a 56k modem ...

Also google or search in the forums for the gentoo monthly screenshot thread. The current incarnation of it is in Off The Wall, and is a per-decade thread due to its low post volume.
