Hello,
I have a 300G disk.
The first 200G is Windows 7 installed.
THe rest can be used for Gentoo.
Now I hear a lot about ZFS.
Is it wise to use ZFS in this situation or can I better stick with ext4 or jfs ?

It is certainly possible to use ZFS if you want. For having /boot or / on ZFS, you need to jump through some extra hoops, so you need to decide whether the additional work is worth the benefit.
