I use MATE DE. When I connect USB flash, I see the error "Unable to mount [card's name] Not Authorized". I can mount it from command line and my user is in plugdev group. Any ideas?

Maybe you should add the user parameter on your fstab's USB line.
Here is Arch Linux Guide, it could help you get the job done:

This helped, but not in the way I expected: now MATE doesn't see USB flash, but I can mount it as a user in command line (as it's written in the guide). Also on my other computer with GNOME 2 everything mounts without this line in fstab.

microchiroptera,

If what you want is hotplugging, maybe reading about the Udev rules can help you in this task.
Good Lucky!
