Hey all,

I'm trying to reduce finger movement, and would really like to bind keys such as c-p, c-n, c-f, c-b to fire the keyboards equivalent to up/down/left/right, so that Terminal, Chrome, and all other applications behave the same way without individual modifications - however cannot figure out how to do so with xmodmap.

I've googled around and most solutions seem to be to use the window manager or reconfigure the application, however I wish to do this globally, and independent of WM (I'm currently using Ratpoison, but am looking to move to an alternative in the near future)

Does anyone have any suggestions?
