unmask xf86-video-intel-2.20.3 and mask 2.19?

I had some strange issues with 2.19 printing speckled dots in my gnome-terminals at random. A redraw seems to fix them, but unmasking 2.20.3 seems to make it go away... Not sure if anyone else is seeing the speckled corruption of gnome-terminal windows but try 2.20.3 if this is the case...

Hardware: Atom eeePC 900A (Atom N270, i945GM graphics)

I didn't see any issues on my Sandybridge but it was plaguing my 945.
