Kde 4.8 multiple monitor settings

Hello all!

After fresh-installing gentoo and KDE 4.8 I faced an issue with two monitors.
I'd like to have additional monitor as a desktop extension (like I previously had in KDE 4.6 on gentoo), but now it appears to be stretched on two monitors.
If i maximize any windows it gets stretched on two monitors as well.

As per KDE docs, there's multiple monitor management section under System Settings -> Display

But I don't have ithat so far - have only Size & Orientation, Screen Saver and Gamma sections.
Is there a way to have it on gentoo ?
KDE was megred by kde-meta, probably I need to merge something additional or change USE for some kde pkgs ?

I've been googling for that for two days but found no answer...
Hope anybody here knows how to do that.. :cry:

You'll need USE=xinerama.
