Can i copy&paste from X application to non-x terminal using gpm? may be some other package can do that?

You'd probably need another program. If it wasn't bad enough that different X programs cut and paste behaviors are different, doing it to a console application without X11 is worse...

I'd probably cut and paste into an xterm text file in X11 and then in another step cut and paste via GPM after displaying that new file...

Why are you using X11 and a VT application at the same time? Should unify everything, just run everything under X11... Most logs are in logfiles or can be displayed via dmesg...

I try to compile LFS environment, it's not compiling in xterm

The way of copying & pasting into file seems suitable=)
