the most most minimal installation? I think this is a matter for an 'expert' in kde...

Well, yes, and no. There's already a meta-package for the most minimal reasonable install: kdebase-meta. It was created by the Gentoo KDE experts.

With that you may also want to set -semantic-desktop to avoid the slow half of KDE and you can ditch upower, udisks and consolekit if you want to although I have not seem much difference in performance without them.

Which will leave out one really important package: kdebase-startkde. Also missing is kwin. You also don't have a filemanager (dolphin).
And 173 vs 91 does not tell anything, because there are several other dependencies, that are not part of the kde distribution.

BTW.: Why do you think you need to get the smallest kde-installation possible?

simple: don't like to get bloated by junk softw (believe me KDE is specialist on it) and matter of time(compilation)

kde-base/kdebase-startkde maybe is the minimal meta package you're searching.

Don't think so :
Code:
Total: 150 packages (148 new, 1 in new slot, 1 reinstall), Size of downloads: 263,638 kB

I saw somewhere that kdelibs can do the task...
Code:
Total: 83 packages (10 upgrades, 72 new, 1 in new slot), Size of downloads: 407,298 kB
Conflict: 17 blocks (17 unsatisfied)

I never believe somebody if he says "believe me" - believe me...
And "compilation time" is a joke. The big part of kde is kdelibs, other big packages are pykde4 (optional) or plasma-workspace. Each of the other packages will take (much) less then a minute.
The time kdebase-startkde takes more to compile then just plasma-workspace is 10-30 minutes (depends on your processor). And (VERY IMPORTANT) you get a usable, working kde-environment - the first answer, when people come up with weird bugs in the forums or bugs.gentoo.org is simply "install kdebase-startkde".

Now I'm sure - troll... kdelibs only ships libs, nothing you could run (besides some pure worker executblaes like kded4, kbuildsycoca4 etc.)

As far as I know, plasma-workspace is a component of a KDE desktop environment, not a freestanding incarnation of a KDE desktop environment. Who told you you could install it by itself?

Also,

It's bad to ignore these messages. Fix those /etc/portage errors and look at your messages. You've got some work to do. ;)

I recommend you install kdebase-meta.

bugs.gentoo.org should be your first place to look at when you have trouble with applications (build, run, whatever). If something fails and you can't find a report, do it yourself.
In this case, I just reported the failure:
https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=416845
It would be nice, if you could post your build.log and emerge --info there. When you did that, just manually install qt-test and continue kde-installation.
