Hi all,
I'm linux user for 3 year. But its my first time tring Gentoo. It have good install from minimal, installing nessesary tools, include ALSA. And its time to install Xorg.I did everything by guide. But I can't do this.
Some information from system.

Help me please. Why in log file in line with PCI - something strange. And why it called vesa? Is it need it? Maybe I don't understand ))

There are *tons* of intel threads at the forums, a search would give you all the info already. Basically, you're missing KMS support in your kernel.

These options need to be selected in the kernel:

$ grep KMS /usr/src/linux/.config
CONFIG_DRM_KMS_HELPER=y
CONFIG_DRM_I915_KMS=y


Then, you can just remove xorg.conf entirely and really forget about Xorg -configure
