|qmail is driving me crazy! I *finally* updated netqmail to 1.06 and now I cannot receive messages from other servers.
I can perform local deliveries with qmail-inject, but when it comes from a remote server, qmail-send is not notified.
It looks like everything goes ok with qmail-smtp:
==> /var/log/qmail/qmail-smtpd/current <==

2012-02-14 01:56:40.794385500 tcpserver: pid 29548 from nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn
2012-02-14 01:56:40.807289500 tcpserver: ok 29548 example.com:nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn:25 remote.server.com:nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn::47019
2012-02-14 01:56:40.872495500 tcpserver: end 29548 status 0
2012-02-14 01:56:40.872497500 tcpserver: status: 0/40
No follow-up log messages are generated by any qmail daemon. I don't know what's happened to the message; it's simply disappeared.
Any ideas where to start troubleshooting this?
