I have a problem with Intel Sandy Bridge video and the qtcurve window decorations in KDE 4. At 100% opacity they are completely transparent, and at anything else they are still transparent but with a slight blur behind them.

See here for what 100% opacity looks like:

I've tried qtcurve-1.6.4 and qtcurve-1.8.9 and both are the same. This is only a problem with Intel video; it looks fine on my nvidia box. I'm using the 2.17.0-r3 intel driver, kde 4.7.4, and the "raster" use flag is enabled for qt-gui. Desktop effects are turned on.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Does it work with the "blur" plugin disabled?

No - and even with XRender instead of OpenGL I have the same problem.

EDIT: problem seems to have fixed itself, probably from a qtcurve or libdrm upgrade.
