So close... wireless setup orinoco gold card..

I'm so close to setting this thing up, I can feel it
This is what I see when I boot up

Weird stuff...
When I login, I type iwconfig, it sees my ESSID (PAL)... I type dhcpcd eth1 but I still can't ping anything or go to any websites...

Any ideas?
